Local pickup is available for eligible orders. Availability depends on where the item is stocked, so the pickup option will only appear at checkout when it applies to the items in your cart.
Please do not travel to the shop after the initial order confirmation. Wait until we send a separate “Ready for pickup” notification or directly confirm the pickup with you.
How local pickup works
- Choose pickup at checkoutIf every eligible item in your cart can be collected locally, select the available local-pickup option and complete payment.
- Wait for the ready noticeOrder confirmation means we received the order; it does not mean the order is ready. In-stock orders are generally prepared within 1–5 business days. Special-order and backordered items take longer.
- Bring your order detailsHave the order number and a valid photo ID available. If someone else will collect the order, contact us before arrival so we can document the authorized pickup person.
- Collect during the confirmed windowPickup is appointment-based. Follow the date and arrival instructions in our ready notification or text confirmation.
Important pickup notes
- Some products ship directly from a supplier or are made to order and may not be eligible for local pickup.
- Ready orders are normally held for seven days. Contact us before that period ends if you need another arrangement.
- Inspect the item and packaging at pickup. If anything appears incorrect or damaged, tell us before leaving or installing the part.
- Local pickup does not automatically include installation. Installation must be reviewed and scheduled separately.
