EuroCustomsPR Return Policy Guidelines

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Electrical Items: No exceptions.
  • Clothing: Non-returnable. However, exchanging sizes is easy—just email us for details.
  • Installed Items: Not returnable once installed.
  • Items Missing Factory Boxes or Packaging: Must be returned with all original factory packaging as it was shipped.
  • Undocumented Shipping Damage or Mis-packaged Items: Returns not accepted.
  • Incomplete Returns: Items missing hardware or components.
  • Damage from Misuse or Improper Installation: Not eligible for return.
  • Items Returned After 30 Days: Not accepted.
  • Certain Special/Custom Order Items: Any interior part that is color-specific, non-factory parts, body panels, and special request items (items not listed on our site). "Made to Order" parts cannot be returned.
  • Non-returnable or Refundable Items:
    • Gift cards.
    • Downloadable software products or DME re-flashes (tunes).
    • Services already performed.
    • Items that have been already installed.

Returnable Items (Subject to a 35% Restocking Fee):

  • Special Ordered & In-Stock Items: Must be uninstalled and returned within 30 days.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Lack of RMA and/or management acknowledgment.

Problems with Your Order? Follow These Steps:

  1. Contact Us: We're open Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm (EST). Call or email us promptly. If we’re closed, email us your concern, and we will address it as soon as possible. You have 10 days to report shipping errors or damage, so don’t delay! Please inspect all items upon receipt.
  2. Damaged Boxes/Parts: If a box looks damaged upon delivery, notify the freight company immediately and ask the driver to note it. This helps speed up the claim process.
  3. Keep Everything: Retain all factory packaging, the box, and padding. Discarding any of these items may prevent us from assisting you.
  4. Take Photos: Email photos of the damage or issue. Photos help us assess the problem and assist you effectively. Include packaging in your photos.
  5. Do Not Install: If something is defective or incorrect, do not install it. Installing or modifying the product will void your ability to process a claim.

Shipping & Return Notes:

  • Damaged Items: For damaged products (return or replacement), contact us within 5 business days of receipt.
  • Exchanges (Clothing): Must be returned with original packaging and labels. Washed, used, or dirty clothing is not returnable. For incorrectly ordered items, see our Return Policy.
  • International Orders: International shipping taxes, duty, or brokerage fees are non-refundable.
  • Freight Forwarders: Our responsibility ends when the package is received by your freight forwarder. Ensure they inspect contents for damage and accuracy before forwarding. Once forwarded, they are responsible for any issues.
  • Shipping Fees: Non-refundable, no exceptions. Return shipping costs are not covered by EuroCustomsPR.
  • Warranty: Manufacturer warranties vary. Misuse or improper installation voids this warranty. Some warranty claims must be completed directly with manufacturer. Installation costs for warranty parts are not covered.
  • Pricing: Subject to change at any time. We strive to keep our website updated, but prices may fluctuate.
