1. About EuroCustomsPR

This website is operated by EuroCustomsPR, LLC, located at 580 Solutions Way, Suite E, Rockledge, Florida 32955. References to “EuroCustomsPR,” “we,” “us” or “our” mean EuroCustomsPR, LLC.

2. Using this website

By accessing the website, submitting a request or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked above. You must use the website only for lawful purposes and must not interfere with its security, operation or content.

You represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use the website for a business or another person, you represent that you are authorized to bind that party.

3. Product information and vehicle fitment

We work to keep product descriptions, images, pricing, availability and compatibility information accurate. Manufacturers may revise specifications, packaging or applications without notice, and website errors can occur.

You are responsible for reviewing the listed application and providing complete vehicle information, including year, make, model, trim, engine, drivetrain and relevant modifications. Contact us before ordering if fitment is uncertain. A recommendation based on incomplete or inaccurate vehicle information does not guarantee compatibility.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation means we received the order; it does not guarantee acceptance, inventory or a shipping date. We may verify payment, identity, address, vehicle application or other order details before acceptance.

We may correct pricing or listing errors, limit quantities, refuse an order or cancel an order affected by suspected fraud, payment failure, unavailable inventory or a material listing error. If we cancel after payment is captured, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

5. Special orders and cancellations before shipment

Effective September 16, 2026. This cancellation provision applies only to orders placed on or after that date when these terms were disclosed and accepted before payment. It does not apply to earlier orders.

To request cancellation, email info@eurocustomspr.com with your order number as soon as possible. A cancellation is effective only when EuroCustomsPR confirms it in writing.

If you choose to cancel an order before shipment after payment has been processed, an approved refund will be reduced by the actual, nonrefundable payment processing fee incurred on your payment, where permitted by applicable law and payment provider rules. We will confirm the exact deduction and refund amount in writing before issuing the refund.

No payment processing deduction applies if your payment was only authorized and was not collected, if the cancellation results from a EuroCustomsPR error or our inability to fulfill the order as agreed, or if you are entitled to a full refund under applicable law, including a qualifying cancellation because of a shipping delay.

Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order enters fulfillment, programming or production. Any separate cancellation restrictions or charges for custom or special order products must have been disclosed before purchase. This policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Shipping and local pickup

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Advertised estimates are based on the information reasonably available when stated and are not guaranteed delivery dates. If a material delay occurs, we will provide available options consistent with applicable law.

Local pickup is available only when offered at checkout or confirmed directly. An order confirmation is not a “ready for pickup” notice. Review our Shipping Information and Local Pickup pages for details.

7. Returns, refunds and order issues

Return eligibility depends on the product, condition, timing and authorization. Installed, used, modified, programmed, custom and made-to-order items are generally not returnable. Shipping damage, shortage or an incorrect item must be documented promptly and before installation or modification.

8. Product warranties

Unless a product listing, invoice or written EuroCustomsPR document expressly states otherwise, manufacturer warranty terms determine coverage, duration and remedy. Warranty approval is not automatic and may require inspection, diagnostics, photos, serial numbers or return of the product.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded. See our Warranty Information for the claim process.

9. Aftermarket products and legal compliance

Aftermarket and performance products can change vehicle operation, noise, emissions, handling, safety systems, warranty coverage or road legality. A product is not represented as street legal, emissions compliant or suitable for a particular competition class unless the listing expressly says so.

You are responsible for confirming applicable laws, regulations, registration rules and sanctioning-body requirements before purchase, installation and use. Products must be installed and used safely and lawfully.

10. Shop services

Local work is appointment-only and subject to written scope, parts availability and vehicle condition. An appointment request is not a confirmed booking. Estimates may change if inspection reveals additional work, incorrect customer-supplied parts, prior damage or conditions not reasonably visible when the estimate was prepared. We will seek approval before performing material work outside the agreed scope.

11. Intellectual property and third-party content

EuroCustomsPR website text, graphics, branding, photographs and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Manufacturer names, marks and product images belong to their respective owners. You may use website content for personal shopping and product-reference purposes, but may not reproduce, sell or commercially exploit it without permission.

Third-party links and services are provided for convenience. Their operators control their own content, terms and privacy practices.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and general informational content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every website statement will be error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EuroCustomsPR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from website use or a product or service. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit remedies expressly provided in an applicable written warranty or policy.

13. Governing law, severability and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that must be brought in court will be subject to the applicable state or federal courts serving Brevard County, Florida, unless applicable law requires another forum.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
