Shipping Methods

  • Domestic Shipping: We use UPS and USPS for most shipping within the United States. Standard shipping times vary based on the destination and selected shipping method.
  • International Shipping: For international orders, we use UPS Expedited services. Please note that customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days, provided the item is not backordered or special ordered. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be extended.
  • Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on the shipping service selected and the destination. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the destination. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
  • International Shipping Rates: Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on the destination country, weight, and dimensions of the package. Customers are responsible for all additional charges such as customs duties and taxes.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your package online through the carrier’s website.
  • Shipping Updates: You will receive updates on your order status, including when your order has been processed, shipped, and delivered.

Freight Forwarders

  • Responsibility: If you are using a freight forwarder, our responsibility ends when the package is received by your freight forwarder. Ensure they inspect all contents for damage and accuracy before forwarding. Once forwarded, they are responsible for any issues.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please notify the carrier at the time of delivery and contact us immediately. Retain all packaging and take photos of the damage. Email the photos and a description of the damage to info@eurocustomspr.com.
  • Lost Shipments: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can initiate a claim with the carrier. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Payment Methods for International Orders

  • Wire Transfer: For international orders, wire transfer is the only accepted payment method. Please contact us for wire transfer details.

Additional Notes

  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
  • Signature Requirement: Some orders may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
