Shipping policy

EuroCustomsPR ships stocked, special-order, made-to-order and oversized automotive products. Processing time, carrier availability and cost depend on the item and destination.

Processing and delivery estimates

In-stock items generally leave within 1–5 business days. Backordered, special-order and made-to-order items follow the lead time shown on the product page or confirmed after purchase. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery estimates begin after carrier acceptance and are not guaranteed dates.

If we cannot ship within the stated or otherwise required period, we will provide available delay or cancellation options consistent with applicable law.

Rates, carriers and tracking

Available services and charges are calculated at checkout or provided by individual quote. Oversized, freight or high-value shipments may require a physical address, signature or separate arrangement. Tracking is sent after the carrier accepts the shipment.

International orders

The recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage and local fees. Customs processing can extend delivery time. International payment or address verification may be required before release.

Damage, shortage or incorrect item

Inspect the shipment promptly and contact info@eurocustomspr.com within five business days of delivery. Keep the item, manufacturer packaging, carton and packing material. Photograph the label, every side of the carton, internal packaging and the affected item. Do not install, paint, modify or discard anything while the claim is reviewed.

Freight forwarders

Ask the forwarder to inspect for damage, shortage and accuracy before onward shipment. Damage or loss after the forwarder accepts and reships the package must be handled with the forwarder.

Local pickup

Pickup is available only when offered at checkout or confirmed directly. Do not travel to the shop after the initial order confirmation; wait for a separate ready notice or confirmed appointment.
