Chevy continues the horsepower arms race by adding two turbos to their already potent C8 Corvette along with massive, restrictive catalytic converters to satisfy emissions regulations. Replacing the catalytic converters with higher flowing units offers greater forced induction sound than a catback with additional exhaust volume that isn’t overbearing.

DYNO PROVEN POWER

The massive increase in efficiency from the SOUL downpipes results in better response under all conditions and a noticeably harder pull throughout the power curve. Independent dyo testing at Vollux Autowerks on our development car revealed max gains of over 87 whp and 106 ft-lbs of torque at 4,280 RPMs and peak gains of roughly 6 whp and 14 ft-lbs of torque with factory hardware and 93 octane gas.

SATISFYING SOUND

While the factory ZR1 sounds mostly like it’s “aggressively moving a large volume of air” instead of roaring, the SOUL cats offer slightly more turbo sound and a mild increase in overall exhaust volume without being overbearing.

Back purged TIG welding (with ARCAL™ Prime argon gas) ensures proper weld penetration for exceptional strength and longevity

Water jet cut brackets are made to ISO 9001:2015 standards with ultra-tight tolerances of +/- 0.003 inches for extreme precision

Fabricated using thick-gauge aluminum fixtures that act as a heat sink during the welding process to prevent any warpage

Hand-applied heat shielding prevents radiant heat from shedding into the engine bay

Each set of ZR1 catalytic converters undergo rigorous quality control and is fixture-tested to guarantee precise fitment. After passing QC, each component is foam-packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. New gaskets and hardware are included for a seamless installation.
