Emissions and warranty
Dinan assigns these intake variants Emission Code 7. Dinan states that they are legal for on-road use under the EPA Tampering Policy in jurisdictions that accept that policy, but they are not legal for sale or use in California while CARB testing remains pending. Warranty eligibility, exclusions, and claim handling are governed by Dinan’s current written warranty terms.
