Why carbon ceramic

Performance begins with the entire corner.

A braking system is more than a friction surface. Rotor architecture, caliper control, pad behavior, fluid delivery, cooling and vehicle setup work together every time the pedal is pressed.

Purposeful material choice

Carbon ceramic friction rings use a lower-density material architecture than comparable iron rings, creating the potential to reduce rotating and unsprung mass. The realized result depends on the complete assembly.

Built around repeated use

The material system is selected for demanding thermal cycles and paired with calipers, pads and hardware as a complete package. Performance still depends on operating conditions, cooling and maintenance.

Clean, considered presence

Carbon ceramic rings avoid the familiar orange corrosion of iron friction surfaces, while drilled faces, black hats and configurable calipers create a deliberate visual signature behind the wheel.

Why long-fiber technology

Reinforcement architecture matters.

Carbon ceramic is a family of engineered composites, not a single recipe.

Longer carbon reinforcement paths extend across more of the material than isolated chopped-fiber segments. Within a properly engineered composite, those paths can help bridge developing cracks and distribute stress through a broader region of the friction ring—qualities sought for damage tolerance through repeated thermal cycling.

Fiber length alone does not determine performance. Fiber orientation, matrix, interface design, manufacturing control, pad pairing and the complete brake system all matter.

The system is configured around the car and its use. These answers establish the decision points that matter before an order is accepted.

Is this Porsche PCCB, OEM or Porsche approved?

No. This is an independent EuroCustomsPR aftermarket performance system. It is not represented as Porsche OEM, Porsche PCCB or Porsche approved.

Will it fit every Porsche 911 (991.2) and every wheel?

No universal fitment is implied. The exact model, trim, drivetrain, factory brake configuration, axle hardware and wheel clearance must be reviewed before order release.

Will it eliminate fade or shorten stopping distances?

No such guarantee is made. Braking behavior depends on the complete vehicle, including pads, fluid, cooling, tires, alignment, surface conditions, maintenance and driver inputs.

Is the visible surface texture normal?

Composite friction surfaces can show visual variation. A qualified technician must judge serviceability against the supplied inspection criteria and limits rather than appearance alone.

Can I use other brake pads?

Use only rotor and pad pairings confirmed by EuroCustomsPR for the approved configuration, together with the supplied bedding and inspection guidance.

How long will the rotors last?

No fixed or lifetime service claim is made. Wear depends on use, pad pairing, temperature history, inspection, maintenance and operating conditions.

What is the difference between Pagid RSC 1 and RSC 2?

Both are circuit compounds designed for ceramic discs. RSC 1 provides a medium-friction, balanced track-day specification. RSC 2 moves to medium-high friction and is developed for sprint and endurance racing, with greater emphasis on race-duty friction and pad life. Neither is presented as a street-refinement choice. EuroCustomsPR will confirm the correct pad shape and application before final configuration.

What is included in installation or vehicle shipping?

Only the scope shown in the final written configuration is included. Labor, fluids, consumables, coding, testing, transport, insurance, timing, warranty and track-use terms are confirmed before commitment.
