M-Engineering PDK2 Transmission Calibration — Porsche 992.1 Carrera
A sharper, better-supported PDK2 calibration for M-Tuner-equipped 992.1 Carrera models.
M-Engineering recalibrates the PDK2 transmission controller to match the engine calibration and how the car is used. The result is quicker manual shifts, revised clutch-pressure strategy and more usable torque authority—especially important as output rises beyond the factory turbo system.
What the calibration addresses
- Optimized paddle-to-shift response in manual mode
- Revised clutch pressures and higher maximum clamping force
- Increased allowable engine torque
- Changes to virtual-gear behavior
- Removal of creep from a standstill
- Higher automatic-shift RPM strategy where required for larger turbochargers
Compatibility
For supported Porsche 992.1 Carrera Base, Carrera S, Carrera GTS and Dakar applications equipped with the M-Engineering M-Tuner. This calibration is not compatible with another manufacturer’s ECU tune. Exact model and current M-Tuner calibration are reviewed before the module is sent.
How fulfillment works
The PDK2 control module must be removed from the car and sent to M-Engineering for bench flashing. Tell us the current ECU calibration, hardware, fuel and intended use so the transmission file can be matched to the car. ECPR coordinates the file requirements and module logistics; removal, installation and shipping are separate unless included in a complete-build proposal.
Important: This is vehicle-specific calibration work. All sales are final once the file has been commissioned. Software updates remain available to the original purchaser under M-Engineering’s current policy; shipping and labor are not included.
